Apply now!
We have a lot of individuals interested in joining our crew. We use this application to determine the best candidates for our staffing needs. This may happen at any given time. We’ll keep applications for up to 90 days. You can update us with a new application as your information changes.
After reviewing applications, candidates are called in for interviews. The interview is also an opportunity for applicants to ask questions as well.
Candidates successfully completing the interview stage are then in the final selection pool for available positions. Once selection(s) are made, successful candidates are notified and scheduled for initial training.
Initial training typically takes about 20 hours (2-4 weeks) after which the candidate will complete a checkout with the trainer(s) and owners in order to be considered “fully qualified”.
As this is a ‘first job’ for many, certain aspects of training will continue as long as employment continues such as teamwork, professionalism, general job skills, and of course all things ice cream related.
